My dining room table is now covered in a heavy letterpress machine, type sets, drawings and the words of Chris Smith. We are going to try and letterpress a book of postcards with illustrations by the end of the year. I have a feeling that it will look great. It feels healthy to prise my eyes away from the computer screen.

What a busy year...

Just finished a residency with the lovely GreenTV and Darlington Borough Council people. I made 5 short loops to fit inside a mobile app that play upon walking into specific areas of the green spaces. Andrew at Band-X wrote the app, which I have to say, is looking pretty swanky. Should be testing it next month some time.

Intensive rotoscoping nearly killed me over Christmas, so I'm going to ease myself back into some drawing work over the next few months.

Got two book illustration projects that I have taken an eternity to get started...I'm determined to get them going this year, though.
